What does “start for free” mean?
Growth, Pro, and Agency include a 14-day free trial. Choose your plan in Shopify and connect your destinations. The monthly plan price applies after the trial. Launch is a separate, usage-based option, not a free ongoing plan.
How does Launch billing work?
Launch is free to install with no monthly base fee. Tracked orders cost $0.19 each, with usage billing capped at 1,000 orders ($190) per billing month. This is a billing cap, not an allowance of free orders. Launch includes one Shopify store.
What if I go beyond my included orders?
Most of your plan choice comes down to the order volume you need. Additional tracked orders cost $0.04 on Growth, $0.03 on Pro, or $0.02 on Agency. Agency pools its allowance across connected stores. Event-volume safeguards still apply. Check your usage in the app and choose a larger plan when it suits your store.
Can I add another store?
Yes. Additional stores are $39/month on Growth, $29/month on Pro, and $19/month on Agency. Separate Shopify installs count as separate stores. Shopify Markets within one install counts as one store.
Do all plans include the same features?
All 11 built-in destinations are available on every active plan. Supported event types and features vary: Recharge and Hydrogen start on Growth; custom events start on Pro. Browse and cart events are not separate billing line items; event-volume safeguards apply.
Is Hydrogen included?
Yes. Hydrogen tracking is included on every plan from $199 a month. Launch is built for Online Store themes: no monthly fee, $0.19 per order. Running Hydrogen? Start on Growth — headless is included from day one, with a 14-day free trial.
