Dashboard display preferences

Three settings that change what you see in PixelRelay. None of them change what's captured or sent to your platforms.

Where: Settings → Analytics display

Hide page & product views in event lists

On by default. Page, product and cart views are left out of the Recent events list on Home and the Reports → Event log, so purchases and checkouts stay easy to spot.

They're still captured and sent. They're just not listed.

Turn it off when you're checking storefront tracking and want to watch browsing events come in. Turn it back on afterwards.

You can also switch it from the Hide page & product views checkbox on the event log. It's the same setting. Filtering the event log to Page viewed, Product viewed or Cart viewed shows those events even while it's on.

Show page & product views in activity charts

Off by default. Turn it on to include page and product views in the Event activity chart on Reports → Overview. It only changes the chart.

Recovered-conversions assumption

The dropdown has three options: Conservative (25%), Moderate (35%) (the default) and Aggressive (45%). It's a guess at how many purchases a browser-only pixel would miss because of ad blockers and privacy features.

PixelRelay only uses it when it has no real numbers yet. Once it has recorded how orders reached it, Reports → Overview → Capture-path coverage shows measured figures and ignores your pick. Until then the card is marked Estimated and uses this assumption.

Pick the option that fits your audience. Tech-savvy and desktop-heavy visitors block more. It's an estimate, not a measurement, and it never changes what PixelRelay sends or what your ad platforms report.

Common issues

An event is missing from the event log. If it's a page, product or cart view, Hide page & product views in event lists is probably on. Turn it off and look again.

The estimated number looks too high. Choose Conservative (25%).

Someone else on the team sees different numbers. These settings are per store, not per person. Check you're looking at the same store and date range.
